Recycled Style at The Country Living Fair 2011

The Country Living Fair is always an event that I look forward to! Held in an outdoor setting amongst the hills and beautiful fall color of central Georgia, the event provides the perfect setting to discover new art and artists. This year, I did a presentation called “Recycled Style” in which I discussed some tips and techniques that I’ve collected and shared over the years through Indygo Junction on how to refashion old clothes into new. Happily, examples of upcycling were all around me at the Fair! Here are some of the creative ways that I saw artisans re-making old into new:
